Alwyn Levitan, Chief Executive
Alwyn Levitan brings 21 years of UK healthcare experience to the group. Alwyn previously headed the operating business of the group which is the largest dental services provider in the Barking and Dagenham area, under the direction of the principle, Ian Levitan, for over 10 years. Alwyn is responsible for the continued growth and development of the group spanning new business lines and locations. His extensive experience in healthcare and clinical governance has been pivotal in providing solutions to NHS commissioners.
As an integral part of the risk management processes of the organisation, Alwyn works closely with the clinical director ensuring compliance to the highly regulated heath services marketplace.
Alwyn is a graduate of the University of Greenwich. He serves on the boards of several health service companies in the UK and offshore.
David Levitan
David Levitan joined the group to focus on sustainable service, commissioning, partnerships and strategy. Previous he was Global Chief Operating Officer for City Financial. David’s responsibilities spanned all City Financial offices, in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, United States, Geneva and New Zealand.
Early stage startup experience built upon expertise in managing growth and introducing policies, controls and financial metrics. Within this period opening offices globally to 180 people and growing AuM from c$35m to c$4.4bn.
Within operations responsibilities include; Accounting, Treasury, Middle Office, Operations, Technology, outsourcing and 3rd party relationships. As part of the business growth David was responsible for acquisition integration - 're-platforming', the reorganisation of acquired assets – and new product development and launches for both UCITS and Hedge Funds.
David was a member of the Risk Committees as well as the City Financial Executive Management Committee and actively led firm-wide infrastructure planning and business development.
During the growth phase of the company, David oversaw finance, HR, corporate secretarial, marketing, investor relations, compliance, regulatory reporting, legal, record management and global facilities.
David was a director for City Financial subsidiary companies and previously sat on the Investment Council for a Fund of Hedge Funds and acted as director of an Irish UCITS umbrella investment fund and a Cayman investment fund. David has worked in the UK, Luxembourg, Guernsey, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Andrew Fenn
Andrew Fenn is an accomplished practicing dentist, with over 30 years experience. Andrew has also enjoyed success as a dental advisor to many Local Health Authorities and large dental corporates in the UK. He has extensive experience as a corporate clinical director including 15 years at IDH. He is Vice Chairman Lincolnshire Local Dental Committee with responsibility for Corporate and other dental advice and liaison with LPN/LDN and the LAT (Lincolnshire and Leicestershire). In his role he leads the clinical, commissioning and health and safety teams in ensuring the best clinical and safety governance regimes are embedded throughout the whole organisation with a focus on improving quality.
Mandy Byart
Mandy Byart began her career in marketing and PR, and moved to the sector of NHS Healthcare, some 25 years ago. Leading on NHS dentistry for Local Health Authorities and NHS Trusts, and working closely with the Department of Health and other agencies. Managing and commissioning primary care dentistry, Mandy has been fundamental in modernising and redesigning NHS dental services and has established and implemented many new primary and secondary care dental initiatives.
Mandy is part of the clinical oversight team ensuring governance is embedded throughout the organisation. She also manages relationships with both local and central government organisations to ensure service level delivery and partnership with commissioners.
Mignon Mcleod
An experienced practice manager, Mignon has been part of our businesses for the last 20 years. Mignon is an integral part of the team and currently manages the Whalebone Lane Centre, which includes many dental services including general dental and sedation treatments.
Lucinda Chambers
Lucinda Chambers has 14 years experience in NHS healthcare and been part of our team for the last 7 years. She is currently holds the position of trainee manager and is NEBDN qualified.
Kelly Morrell
Kelly has been working in the healthcare service for the last 5 years as a practice manager. Previously she worked at the Metropolitan Police. She has extensive experience in administration, procedure, governance and dealing with sensitive situation as well as senior stakeholders.
Gerda Varne
Gerda is the practice manager of 2 large dental practices and has over 10 years in dental healthcare and been part of our team for the last 5 years. She is NEBDN qualified.
Joanne Delaney
Joanne is responsible for patient care and clinical recovery with over 30 years experience. She has been working with our group for 13 years specifically focused on sedation throughout.
