Always helpful and staff have a way at making me feel relaxed which is tough considering I do have a fear of the dentist. I come here over 20yrs ago as an emergency over Christmas and although it's out of my catchment area and I remained a patient which says alot about the surgery.

I have been attending this dental practice since I was a baby. I have known the reception staff since I was around 11 years old, so I always feel welcomed when I arrive. The reason I have stayed loyal to this surgery is because it's consistent with providing top care for me over these past 40 years. The staff are always kind and caring, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended

Having been a patient for a decade+ it's refreshing to know that when I had a problem it was addressed by the hospitable general manager himself (Mr. S Morgan) and a follow up was conducted during my next visit. This was a kind gesture. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. Dr Ganesalingam is a respectful dentist who answers questions thoroughly and gives compassionate advice 🌟

Brought both children after school. Lovely clean practice. Very kind, professional and quick. My children were very good because the practice and staff were very inviting. Very good with children. Would highly recommend!

I have been going to this dentist for many years now. They have just recently had a refurb it's very nice in there now. The reception ladies are always very friendly. Never had any problems would highly recommend this surgery.Nov 2025: Just had to make another appointment as a large filling fell out. Seen pretty quickly, treatment plan started, appointment for next day to get work started. As always all staff very pleasant. I have never had any issues with this surgery.18/11/25: Visited today to have inlay fitted where my filling fell out. Seen on time, all done pretty quickly. Very happy with the treatment.

I had an appointment with the dental hygienist today she was so lovely and put me at ease straight away. The receptionists were also very friendly and polite.

I would highly recommend Orchard Road Dental Surgery! I have small 2 children and the team are very polite and welcoming. The dentist took the time to make my children feel comfortable and at ease when having their check up. I am a very nervous person at the dentist so it helps that they can help make the children feel comfortable, as well as myself when it's been my turn. I have been coming here since I was a child and will continue to do so.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Dentist Sara was truly exceptional! From the moment I sat in the chair, she was kind, understanding, and incredibly cordial with every action she took. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Her professionalism and gentle manner made a big difference. While it was a bit on the costly side, the quality of service made it well worth it.

I saw Dr Foliades for my 6 monthly checkup. The service (appointment booking and treatment) was efficient, as always - and they still treat NHS patients. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to others.

Just visited today and had an appointment with the lovely dental hygienist Mirela. Very pleased with how quick and thorough she was with my cleaning. Hadn’t been in years so I was very nervous and full of anxiety, but both her and her nurse were so friendly and professional that they put me right at ease. Thank you so much! Reception team are very lovely also.

Just had my first ever experience of this dentist and sedation clinic! I can say I was absolutely amazed. I was very anxious to attend due to a previous dentist causing me a lot of pain and leaving my roots behind which caused numerous infections. But all the staff were lovely and understanding that I was anxious. Procedure was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone! Absolutely amazing. Thank you for making my appointment stress free for me!
